Imperial Legends: Training the Enemy

Life in the land of Shang Rishara seemed to be a peaceful one but that was what the royal family wanted for you to believe but that was all far from the truth. The king, Lord Carter, had begun to weave a web of manipulation throughout his family and forced them to do his bidding and help him sway other leaders to do his bidding. Arrangements were made that were not in the best interest of his family but only himself as he bartered for power. Before all of the chess pieces can be put into place, negotiations are cut short and a region’s focus is diverted to the possibility of a horrific fate if they do not do anything to prepare.

Tension is on the rise as war has begun to threaten the peace around the lands of Kyūkyoku. Brothers will be pinned against brothers as the fight for power only reveals the true nature of who they really are. Family become chess pieces as the power struggles ensues leading up to the moment that a war must commence. Pressure from what Shang Rishara is about to face causes the rulers from within the regions of Shang Rishara to unite and take charge leaving their father only to be a puppet that sit on the throne.

As the war draws closer, the three regions within Shang Rishara join forces to protect the lands that they call home and march towards the battle that no one wanted to face but the king of Shang Rishara. With all of the sacrifices that has to be made to keep Lord Carter appeased, even love falls victim in this story of discovery of who one accepts the true fate that has been written for them.
